Group Guide

PolyBot works in Telegram groups too. It turns Polymarket links into interactive cards, lets members search markets in-chat, and creates a referral channel for whoever added the bot.

💡 What it does in a group​

  • 🔎 Search markets with /polybot [query] — results right in the group
  • 📊 Market cards — paste a Polymarket URL → PolyBot shows prices, volume, liquidity, and a 🚀 Trade on PolyBot button
  • 👤 Trader cards — paste a profile link → PolyBot shows PnL, win rate, and a 🤖 Copy Trader button
  • All trading happens in DM — groups are for discovery and sharing

➕ Adding PolyBot to a group​

Add from:

  • 👥 Add to Group in the main menu
  • 👥 Add to Group in the 🤝 Referral Hub

For referral attribution, add from a Telegram account that's already started the bot.

🔎 Market search​

/polybot bitcoin

Returns titles, YES/NO prices, 24h volume, liquidity, and deep-links to trade in DM. Quick market lookup during live discussions.

📊 Cards​

Market cards — paste a Polymarket market URL. Shows prices, volume, liquidity, timeline. 🚀 Trade on PolyBot opens the market in DM.

Trader cards — paste a profile URL. Shows PnL, active markets, portfolio, win rate. 🤖 Copy Trader opens copy-trading setup in DM.

Cards give everyone context to act — no browser needed.

🤝 Group referrals​

New users who start PolyBot from a 🚀 Trade on PolyBot or 🤖 Copy Trader button can be attributed to whoever added the bot. Active groups = passive referral source. See Referrals Guide.

💡 Tips​

  1. Add PolyBot to groups where people already discuss markets
  2. Paste links, not screenshots — links generate interactive cards
  3. Use /polybot [query] during live events for instant lookup
  4. Add from your own account for referral attribution

Troubleshooting​

  • Bot not responding — ensure it was added successfully; use supported Polymarket links or /polybot [query]
  • No card generated — paste the full URL, not shortened/wrapped links
  • Trade button does nothing — user needs to /start the bot first
