Trading mode
| Mode | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Standard | Requires the normal confirmation for market orders |
| Fast | Auto-submits eligible market orders at or below your configured threshold |
| Ludicrous | Auto-submits eligible market orders without a confirmation step |
The mode changes confirmation behavior only. It does not guarantee a fill or remove price, liquidity, provider, or balance checks.
Fast-mode threshold is the largest eligible market order that Fast mode may submit automatically. Larger orders still require review.
Quick-buy amounts
Configure the three dollar shortcuts shown during manual buys. Existing defaults can be changed, so treat the values in your Settings screen as authoritative.
Manual-buy slippage (Telegram)
Manual-buy slippage limits how far a market buy may move from the reference price while PolyBot attempts execution.
- Tighter protection reduces price drift but increases no-fill risk.
- Looser protection can improve execution probability at worse prices.
- Any removes this optional price ceiling; it still cannot guarantee a fill.
Copy Trading, Auto Trader, stop losses, and limit orders use their own execution rules.
Single-command /trade (Telegram)
This opt-in setting allows:
/trade <polymarket_url> <outcome> <amount> [max_price=<decimal>]
It is disabled by default because it bypasses the normal multi-step review. Enable it only if you understand the exact syntax and market-order risk. See Trading and Commands.
Auto-claim
When enabled, PolyBot periodically checks for eligible resolved positions and queues redemption/clearing work. It is not instantaneous and depends on settlement, indexing, queue health, and blockchain/provider responses.
Telegram also lets you mute Auto-Claim notifications without disabling the worker. See Auto-Claim.
Auto-apply default preset
When enabled, the selected default preset is attached to eligible new buys. Configure a default preset first.
Preset rules attempt exits after their conditions are met; they do not guarantee that an order will fill.
