Wallet Guide

PolyBot creates a self-custodial Safe smart wallet on Polygon for your account. It holds your tradeable funds, positions, and on-chain activity while PolyBot provides the Telegram and Mini App interfaces.

Two addresses that serve different purposes

  • Deposit address — generated or displayed inside the selected deposit route. Send the selected network/asset only to this address.
  • Polymarket profile/trading address — identifies the wallet used for Polymarket activity and public profile links. It is shown for reference and is not the default funding address.

Always reopen Wallet → Deposit and copy the address from the exact network/asset route you intend to use.

Understanding the balance summary

The Telegram main menu can show:

BalanceMeaning
Positions ValueCurrent marked value of tracked positions, including applicable parlay value
Tradable BalancepUSD currently available for new trades or eligible withdrawals
Open Limit OrdersCash reserved by open buy orders and therefore not freely available
Allocated BalanceCapital assigned to managed strategies such as HFT
Net WorthPolyBot's consolidated account value using the latest available wallet, order, allocation, and position data

Position values and net worth move with market prices and can lag during fills, settlements, or indexing. They are not guaranteed liquidation proceeds.

Allocated capital remains in your self-custodial wallet but is reserved for that strategy. Pause/delete behavior depends on the strategy; for HFT, deleting the subscription releases its allocation. Review open positions and orders separately.

Deposit

  1. Run /wallet or open Wallet → Deposit.
  2. Choose a network and asset from the live list.
  3. Read the displayed minimum and route details.
  4. Copy the displayed deposit address.
  5. Send the exact asset on the exact network selected.
  6. Refresh after blockchain confirmation and any required bridge/swap completes.

PolyBot obtains supported networks, assets, minimums, and routing details from the active deposit service. Because this list can change, the live picker—not an old documentation table—is authoritative.

Deposit safety

  • Do not reuse an address from a different network/asset route without reopening the picker.
  • Do not send unsupported tokens.
  • Do not send a deposit to the profile/trading address just because it is also an 0x… address.
  • A blockchain transfer can be irreversible; verify the first and last characters before sending.
  • Cross-network routes can take longer and may include provider or network costs shown in the flow.

Tradable pUSD

Supported deposits are routed into the pUSD balance PolyBot uses for Polymarket trading. This is why the asset you send can differ from the balance label you later see.

The tradable balance excludes funds already reserved by open orders or allocated to a strategy. Cancel/release the relevant reservation before expecting those funds to become available.

Withdraw

  1. Open /walletWithdraw, or use the Mini App withdrawal sheet.
  2. Enter a valid Polygon destination address.
  3. Choose from the receive assets offered in the current flow.
  4. Enter an amount within the displayed minimum/maximum and withdrawable balance.
  5. Complete the authenticator prompt if 2FA is enabled.
  6. Review and submit.

Normal PolyBot withdrawal transactions use sponsored gas. Provider availability, relayer health, Safe state, and blockchain confirmation can still affect timing or cause a request to fail.

Why “net worth” and “withdrawable” differ

Net worth can include:

  • open market positions;
  • value submitted into a parlay;
  • cash reserved by open limit orders;
  • capital allocated to a managed strategy; and
  • settled value that has not finished redeeming or indexing.

Only the currently available balance can be withdrawn. Selling positions, canceling orders, releasing allocations, or redeeming wins are separate actions and can involve market or settlement risk.

Self-custody and signer-key export

The Safe is the on-chain account. PolyBot also creates a signer used to authorize its transactions. Settings → Security / Private Key Export lets you export that signer key.

Anyone with the signer key can control the wallet

Never paste it into support chats, websites, screenshots, or cloud notes. Export messages are automatically deleted after a short period, but you are responsible for storing the key safely.

Enable two-factor authentication to require a one-time code for withdrawals and key export. 2FA helps protect Telegram access, but it does not make a leaked private key safe.

Troubleshooting

  • Deposit missing — verify the transaction on the source network, selected route, minimum, and address; then refresh.
  • Wrong balance — compare tradable, reserved, allocated, and positions values instead of only net worth.
  • Cannot withdraw full amount — review open orders, pending fees, strategy allocations, and current withdrawal limits.
  • Position value changed — it follows available market data and may not match executable liquidity.
  • Transaction pending — wait for provider/blockchain confirmation and avoid duplicate submissions.
